How are the paintings shipped?                             

 

Delivery:

If you live local to our gallery we will deliver for free. For other areas of the UK and for international shipments, we will provide you with a quote for shipping.  Your art work will be carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.  Please contact us for a no obligation quote.

 

Shipping & Returns:      

Your artwork will be shipped using a reliable shipping company and will be fully insured.  If you are not completely satisfied with your work when you receive it you have 7 days in which to cancel the order.   We will issue you with a full refund and arrange to collect the work from you.

 

Delivery Time: 

Delivery time is usually between 3 days and 1 week.  If you require your painting quickly or for a special occasion please let us know in your order and we will ensure it is delivered to you as a matter of urgency.

If you request a one-off commission delivery time can be anything between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on artist availability and type of commission, etc.

For non-stock and commissioned items you may request a preview of the artwork. Once you are completely satisfied with the painting preview, we will arrange delivery immediately.

 

Tracking Your Order:

Once the artwork is completed and shipped, we will notify you that the delivery has commenced and provide you with the tracking number to check delivery progress on-line.

 

Returns/Refund Policy:

With our experience in serving many international clients, we are confident that we can guarantee the quality of the artworks you will receive.

Once the artwork is delivered, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to cancel within 7 working days from receipt of the product. We will be happy to provide you with a full refund. We will then make arrangements to collect the goods from you. Written cancellation terms will be provided with the product you receive.
